Overseeing and managing project development, scope and strategy is Alexandra Gibson, Managing Director. She has grown several businesses to be industry leaders by leveraging digital tools like Twitter and blogging to quickly catapult the companies to nationwide presence with limited start-up capital. Educated in economics and finance, and trained in sales and marketing, Alexandra combines understanding of business metrics and growth with creative marketing that shows results. Selected by Andy Sernovitz—adjunct professor in entrepreneurship and marketing at Northwestern and Wharton, best-selling marketing author, and President of SocialMedia.org—as one of the top 100 word-of-mouth marketers in North America, Alexandra provides strategic direction and works closely with project and account teams to develop and implement digital media campaigns.

She has presented at numerous events across the country, been interviewed for books, and been featured in several publications, including USA Today, where she was interviewed via Twitter with Jack Welch and Steve Case on the future of capitalism in the US.

Alexandra also serves as Senior Director for Aspen Associates, a purchasing company that works with upscale and luxury hotel properties on capital expenditure projects across North America.

Alexandra fine-tuned her socialness at Vanderbilt University where she graduated with a degree in Economics.

Amanda Butterworth

With exceptional knowledge and comprehension of current digital technologies, programming languages and changing online trends, Amanda Butterworth, Senior Director, Digital + Interactive, develops and implements project goals and strategies built in the initial stages of a campaign. Selecting the best available tools, Amanda utilizes over 10 years of experience in digital media and marketing to augment and support web technology.

Most recently, Amanda managed and launched the OttoPilot Media joint venture, RadioSocialLife–a daily deal website that combines traditional media (radio promotion) with digital media (promotion via email and social media).

Amanda graduated with a degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. Her training in architecture mimics her real world experience with its focus on structure yet its encouragement for creativity.

Christina West

Christina West, Director, Account Management, offers invaluable experience in project management and client engagement, having overseen and directed projects valued at over $120 million. She most recently instigated a successful campaign using online tools for the launch of a new hospitality company. By pitching to potential clients based on information gathered solely on digital tools, Christina was able to gain a selective audience of twelve potential clients, who are all top decision makers in the country in their field of hospitality and real estate asset management.

Christina’s ability to develop and manage client accounts and logistics supports a productive, successful framework for every project—and leads to powerful end-results. With her professional background and strong analytical skills, Christina is able to translate client expectations into profitable and realistic business models.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from Vanderbilt University.
